Centered around three interconnected initiatives—the Seton Hill Community Clinic, Aspire Homes for Veterans, and the Renewed Hope Family Worship Exterior Revitalization Initiative—the project reflects a shared commitment to improving quality of life, expanding access to essential services, honoring those who have served our country, and strengthening one of Baltimore's historic communities.

Mo brings more than 12 years of experience in construction management, project planning, and community development, successfully delivering residential, commercial, institutional, healthcare, and government-funded projects. His expertise includes project planning, entitlement coordination, construction management, regulatory compliance, vendor coordination, and project delivery from concept through completion.
As Director of Development & Construction for the ASPIRE Project, Mohammed oversees planning, permitting, design coordination, construction management, consultant coordination, government agency relationships, budgeting, scheduling, and project execution. His role is to ensure each initiative is delivered efficiently while supporting the long-term vision for the Seton Hill community.
